Staff and Administration
HBAC is governed by a board of directors. The board of directors is responsible for all policies and procedures, their implementation, and ultimately for all HBAC activities. The board authorizes all treatment programs, interventions, and support services. The board appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for day-to-day administration of the facility. The CEO is served by a management team composed of professional staff including a Program Director, and quality improvement staff. The management team is supplemented by professional and support service staff.
The staff at Hunting Bayou Achievement Center (HBAC) is composed of dedicated professionals with extensive expertise in education, counseling, and behavioral management. The team includes certified special education teachers, paraprofessionals, licensed counselors, and experienced administrators who collaborate to support each student’s unique needs.
